He has over 11 years of extensive professional experience in Human Resources and Administrative Affairs. Throughout his career, he has held several key administrative roles, specializing in HR operations, developing policies, regulations, and procedures, as well as defining roles and responsibilities. His expertise includes designing organizational structures, job descriptions, and administrative delegations, in addition to his work in training and development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University, alongside a Human Resources Diploma as a Certified HR and Organizational Development Manager. He possesses a comprehensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws and is proficient in drafting corporate internal work regulations in compliance with Ministry of Human Resources requirements. Furthermore, he holds the General Securities Qualification Certificate (CME-1) from the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and is a member of the Saudi Human Resources Community (SHRC).
