Praise be to Allah, Lord of all worlds and peace and blessing be upon our master Muhammad and upon all his family and companions: It’s my pleasure to welcome you to Al-Awwal Capital Company for financial services. And I would like to take this opportunity to thank our guests, clients, partners and colleagues for all their support and understanding which has brought us to this high level of excellence. Having been granted our work permit as one of the first financial companies in the country, and setting our mark on the local and international economic stage with our experienced work team, we have committed ourselves to embodying our values through actions and achievements. We have pioneered in finding innovative financial solutions for Islamic banking, managed our clients’ investments with safety and confidence, and steered our markets towards safe shores with pure, innovative Islamic thinking. Government economic sectors have searched for practical solutions that would help people avoid crises, organize investment and financial activities, which would in turn stabilize the markets. With this in mind, specialized financial firms were permitted to operate and provide financial and investment services. Having this permit from the Saudi Capital Market Authority allowed Al-Awwal Company to provide reliable financial services, and tailored investment consultations compliant with Shari’a laws. All this is achieved through sound financial planning which manages and increases clients’ assets for generations to come.   • Has more than 32 years of practical experience in various executive positions in Academics, Finance, Investment, Islamic banking and Cooperative Insurance.
  • Doctor Saleh also currently heads the board of various companies such as (Global Rusd Company for Marketing Services – Rusd Investment Bank –Rusd around the world Company
  • Islamic Company for Reinsurance in Tunisia
  • Islamic Leasing Company in Algeria – Saudi Egyptian Insurance House Company – Machinery and Equipment Leasing Company of Saudi Arabia).
  • He is also a member of many local, regional and international committees and bodies (The Committee of International Investment at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce – A member of the Investment Committee Foundation of King Abdul Aziz and his men for Care of the Gifted
  • Advisory Board for review and accounts of the Organization of Islamic financial institutions).
  • Doctor Saleh a Business Administration Doctorate with a specialization in (Investment – funding) from the University of Michigan in 1990, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from King Fahad University in 1984, in addition to his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1981.
Doctor Rashid Abdullah Al Suwaikit

  • Doctor Rashid Al Suwaikit holds a board member position at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Eastern Province, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Capital Projects, the Economic Union of the Gulf Cooperation Council and the American University for Petroleum Engineering. He also serves a number of local and international charitable organizations.
  • Doctor Suwaikit possesses vast experience in corporate organizing in many different industries such as trading companies, contracting companies and sea, gas, oil and energy services. He has established cooperative projects with international companies in Saudi Arabia.
  • Mr. Suwaikit holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from King Fahad Petroleum and Minerals University and a Bachelor in Business Administration from Warner Pacific College in Portland, USA. In addition to that, he has attended many courses and seminars in business management.
Mr.Adnan Muhammad Tilmisani
CEO & MD
  • Has more than 32 years of banking experience in the management of Investment Funds, Bank Marketing, Investment Planning, Investment Products and Credit Structuring, Investment Consulting and Corporate Financing.
  • Obtained various qualification programs in the field of Financial Accounting, Corporate Credit Analysis, Management of Islamic Banks and the Management of Work teams and Customization, from international organizations (Britain – Belgium – Malaysia – Jordan).
  • Mr. Adnan has also held various managerial posts in Gulf and Saudi establishments such as the Arab Bank / Al Baraka Bank / Al Tawfeeq Company / Al Ameen Bank.
  • He also contributed studies and Work Papers at many Gulf Conferences and Workshops specializing in Islamic economics, Investment Consulting and Corporate Financing. He headed a number of successful investment fund proposals in the Gulf region with international banks such as Namura Bank – Commerzbank – Islamic Dow Jones Index.
Eng. Ahmed Tariq Murad

  • Executive Partner and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at “Saudi United Fertilizers Company” since 2010.
  • He served as a board member of “Salama Cooperative Insurance Company” between 2019 and 2020, and then was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of the company between November 12, 2020, and September 11, 2022.
  • Possessing a wealth of experience spanning 30 years in the fields of engineering, commercial projects, Islamic finance, and the development of Sharia-compliant banking products, he has expertise in financial investments in investment funds.He was a board member of the “National Agricultural Marketing Company – Thimar” between May 14, 2020, and July 8, 2020. Additionally, he held the position of Deputy Head of Investment at “Nasma Holding Company” between 2008 and 2010. He served as the Head of Product Development and Research at the financial expert company between 2008 and 2006 and held the position of Senior Corporate Finance Manager at “Bahrain Islamic Bank” between 2000 and 2006.
  • He founded the “Murad Engineering Consulting Center.”
  • He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco in the United States in 1988 and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Sciences from the United States in

DUTIES OF THE COMMITTEE:

    1. Develop codes of conduct and ensure compliance with them.
    2. Develop and follow up the implementation of the compliance guide and compliance program.
    3. Follow-up the preparation of reports and notices submitted to the management of the company on compliance and compliance issues and the Capital Market Authority and the Department of Conformity and Compliance to ensure that the company’s activities are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures in accordance with the provisions of control.
    4. Reviewing the adequacy of compliance and compliance arrangements and determining the responsibility for ensuring compliance and having an adequate system to ensure that they are carried out in a satisfactory manner by establishing appropriate rules, controls and procedures that enable the Company to comply with the regulations and executive regulations and all other regulatory requirements issued by the Capital Market Authority.
    5. Monitor the securities business carried out by the company and ensure its compliance with the regulations and rules set.
